This is an independent guide and a room-request desk. We are not the hotel and not a travel agent holding your money. Information here is checked but can go out of date.
What we are
Kananaskis Gateway Hotel Guide publishes information about Stoney Nakoda Resort & Casino and the area around it, and passes room requests to the hotel or a booking partner. We are not the resort, are not run by it, and do not speak for it or for the Stoney Nakoda Nation.
Information
We check facts against named sources and give the date. Hours, rules, prices, trail conditions and road closures change. Before you rely on something important, check the source we link. Trail and road information is for planning only; conditions in the mountains are your responsibility, and Alberta Parks reports are the live source.
Room requests
A request is not a booking and creates no obligation on either side. Any booking is a contract between you and the hotel or the booking partner, on their terms, including their cancellation rules and deposits. We do not take payment. We may be paid a commission by the hotel or partner when a stay is confirmed.
Gambling
The resort includes a casino for adults 18 and over. This site does not offer gambling, does not link to online gambling and does not promote gambling.

Text and illustrations on this site are ours. Quote short passages with a link; do not copy whole pages. Hotel names are used to identify the hotel and belong to their owners.
Liability
We are not liable for decisions made on information that was correct when published, for changes by third parties, or for bookings made with the hotel or partners. Nothing here limits rights you have under Canadian consumer law.
