Request a room

Give us your dates, the number of people and the room you want. The desk checks availability and the rate with the hotel or a booking partner and writes back. You decide after that.

  • No card. We never ask for payment details. A request is not a booking.
  • What happens: the desk checks the hotel's availability and rate, and alternatives from booking partners if they are better, then emails you the options.
  • When you accept: the booking is made with the hotel or the partner, on their terms, and they confirm it to you.
  • What we earn: a commission from the hotel or partner if the stay is confirmed. Nothing from you.
  • Suites by phone: One Bedroom and Family Suites are call-for-availability; the desk makes that call for you.

What helps the desk

  • Dates in the format YYYY-MM-DD.
  • Mountain View or Valley View, if you care.
  • Pets: how many and what kind, so the desk asks for a pet room.
  • RV or truck: so the desk mentions registration.
  • Accessibility needs: the hotel does not publish accessible-room details, so the desk asks directly.
  • Anything with a deadline: an event night, a rally weekend, a wedding block.

The request form

Fields marked with an asterisk are needed. It takes about a minute.

Your request

  • No card asked for. A request is not a booking.
  • Reply by email, usually with the hotel's own rate and any better partner rate.
  • If a stay is confirmed, the hotel or booking partner pays us a commission. You pay us nothing. How that works.

Not the hotel's booking line: the resort's own site is stoneynakodaresort.com.

We answer in English, by email.

Thank you. The desk has your request and will reply by email. Nothing is booked yet.
